Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am unless separate arrangements are made with management. Later check-ins/outs cannot be guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

Harvest Home is an operating restaurant and events venue, we can’t always guarantee a tranquil environment Friday-Sunday, however we want all guests to enjoy their stay with us, if this is a concern for you please give us a call and we can advise the quietest room or areas during your stay.

Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Harvest Home is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Cleaning fees apply.

Please see staff on arrival for designated smoking areas.

Any damage or additional cleaning caused to any part of the Harvest Home Hotel will be charged to the card on file.

The booking may be cancelled without incurring charges up to 14 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellation within 14 days will incur 50% cancellation charge.

Cancellation of booking within 7 days of the booking will incur 100% cancellation charge.

COVID-19: Issues with your booking due to COVID-19 will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

Payment in full is required at the time of making each booking.

By providing your credit card details you authorise Harvest Home Avenel to charge the nominated credit card for the amount of your stay as well as any additional services rendered or goods consumed in room, and/or from our restaurant and bar.

Breakfast from our a la carte menu is only included for bookings made for Friday and Saturday nights. Off-peak rates will have access to a continental breakfast station set up for your convenience.

Our restaurant is open Friday evening to Sunday lunch, if you require dining outside of these times we can arrange a grazing hamper or recommend other local dining options.

Tuscany Villas (Garden View, Bolthole & Bohemian) are dog friendly, $500 refundable deposit for cleaning and incidentals

There is plenty on street parking at and around Harvest Home, unfortunately there is no secure or undercover parking. 

We love seeing your littles ones, but if you’re after a family holiday where kids can run around and play, HH may not be quite the right fit. We are open to the public so we ask guests to be mindful of our customers when the café and restaurant are in service.​
